SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2 pm CT are prioritized to leave the same business day. orders after 2 pm or on weekends depart the next business day. Processing includes payment authorization, age-verification (18+), and address validation.

A shipment-confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as the package ships.

Delivery Details

No adult signature required.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Need to fix an address? Contact Support ASAP—once a parcel is in transit, reroutes are not guaranteed.

Holidays & Delays

We do not ship on major U.S. holidays. Please allow 1–2 extra business days around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Severe weather or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Website Purchases: Return within 30 days of delivery date

Condition Requirements

Products must be unopened or, if opened, in “like‑new” condition in original packaging

Proof of purchase required (order number, receipt, or invoice)

Return Process

2. Ship Item Back: Use provided RMA label; pack securely to prevent damage.

3. Inspection We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt.

4. Refund Issued:

Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days post‑inspection
Shipping fees non‑refundable (unless error on our part)

Exceptions & Notes

Customized, gift‑set, or clearance items may be final sale—see product page

Exchanges handled as new orders; return and then reorder desired item
